Welcome to Biho (the “App”), a community-based platform designed to foster connection, sharing, and well-being. This User Agreement (the “Agreement”) sets forth the terms and conditions governing your access to and use of Biho. By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.
By creating an account or using Biho, you represent and warrant that:
You are at least 18 years of age (or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction).
You have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement.
If using the App on behalf of an organization, you are authorized to bind that organization to this Agreement.
Biho provides a digital community space offering the following services:
User Content Sharing: Users can create and share posts including text and images.
Official Content: The Biho team publishes exclusive content, including audio sessions and meditation programs in text and image format.
Community Interaction: Users can view and engage with both user-generated content and official content.
All content available on the App is collectively referred to as the “Content.”
3.1 Ownership
You retain ownership of the text, images, or other materials you post (“User Content”). By submitting User Content, you grant Biho a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, and distribute such content for the operation and promotion of the App.
3.2 Responsibility
You are solely responsible for your User Content and agree that:
You have the necessary rights to post it.
It does not infringe on third-party rights.
It complies with applicable laws and community guidelines.
3.3 Moderation
Biho reserves the right (but is not obligated) to review, remove, or restrict access to User Content at its sole discretion if it violates this Agreement, infringes rights, or is deemed inappropriate.
Official Content, including audio materials, guided meditations, and structured wellness programs, is owned or licensed by Biho. Such content is provided for personal, non-commercial use only. Users may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.
You agree not to use the App to:
Post illegal, defamatory, obscene, or hateful material.
Harass, threaten, or harm others.
Impersonate individuals or misrepresent affiliations.
Distribute malware, spam, or unauthorized advertising.
Violate intellectual property rights.
Interfere with or disrupt the App’s functionality.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Notify us at bihome@inbox.com
immediately of any unauthorized use or suspected breach of security.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and share personal information.
We may suspend or terminate your account or access to Biho at any time, with or without notice, if you violate this Agreement or engage in activities harmful to the App or its users. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us.
All trademarks, logos, software, and Official Content provided by Biho are the property of the Biho team or its licensors. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute them without authorization.
The App and all Content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
Meditation and wellness materials are for informational purposes only and are not a substitute for medical advice. Consult a healthcare provider for medical concerns.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the App.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Biho and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App or Content, including but not limited to health outcomes, loss of data, or loss of profits.
We may update this Agreement from time to time. Notice of material changes will be provided through the App or via email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of your jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of law rules.
